These Terms of Use govern the relationship between you and LYRICAL Design Windows (hereinafter: "we", "our", "the Company") regarding the use of the website and the services offered on it.

• "The Site" - LYRICAL's website located at lyrical.co.il and all its subdomains
• "The User" - Any person or entity visiting the site or using its services
• "The Services" - All services offered on the site, including consulting, planning, sales and installation
• "The Products" - Design windows from the MUSE and ODE series and related accessories
• "Content" - Texts, images, videos, graphics and information displayed on the site

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the site, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood the Terms of Use in full
• You agree to be bound by these terms
• You are 18 years or older or using under parental/guardian supervision
• You have the right and authority to accept these terms
• If you do not agree to the terms - you must refrain from using the site

3. Permitted Use of the Site

Use of the site is permitted for the following purposes only:

• Viewing information about products and services
• Receiving consultation and customization
• Placing orders and purchases
• Communicating with company representatives

The following uses of the site are prohibited:

5. Purchases and Orders

Order Process

• All orders are subject to Company approval and available stock
• Prices on the site are correct at the time of publication and may change without prior notice
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
• All orders are subject to signing a detailed sales agreement

Prices and Payments

• All prices on the site in local currency (₪) including VAT unless otherwise stated
• Shipping and installation costs will be stated separately
• Payment will be made according to the terms agreed in the sales agreement
• We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, credit cards and checks
• Final order confirmation will be given only after payment receipt or credit approval

Cancellations and Returns

• Custom-made products cannot be canceled or returned
• Order cancellation before production starts - 10% cancellation fee
• After production starts - cannot be canceled
• Defective products will be replaced or repaired according to warranty
• Returns are subject to Company inspection and approval

6. Warranty and Product Warranty

Manufacturer's Warranty

• All products come with full manufacturer's warranty
• Aluminum profiles - 10 years
• Glazing - 5 years
• Sealants - 2 years
• Hardware and mechanisms - 2 years

Warranty Terms

• Warranty is valid only for professional installation by authorized installer
• Regular maintenance required according to manufacturer's instructions
• Warranty does not include damages resulting from improper use
• Warranty does not include natural disasters, violence or catastrophes
• Must keep purchase and installation receipts

7. Limitation of Liability

Please note: The site and services are provided "AS-IS" without warranty of any kind.

General

• We are not responsible for indirect, consequential or special damages
• We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or without interruptions
• We are not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in content
• Our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the product or service

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

• In case of contradiction between language versions - the Hebrew version prevails

Severability

If any provision in these terms is determined to be illegal or unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in full force.

Waiver

Failure to enforce a right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LYRICAL.
